Built by people who actually hate doing timesheets.

SaveTimesheets was created by the app development team at Tinkabell Pty Limited with one very simple goal: to make keeping track of time a whole lot easier.

Like many good ideas, it started with a problem we had ourselves.

Running a busy digital business meant juggling clients, projects, meetings, quick phone calls, unexpected jobs and all those little five-minute tasks that somehow disappear by the end of the day. We wanted a simpler way to keep track of where our time was actually going, without timesheets becoming another job in themselves.

So, we built one.

Today, we use SaveTimesheets in-house every day. It has become a genuine time-saver for our own team, which means we’re not just the people behind the app. We’re users too.

Meet Kate

Kate Bradshaw, Director of Tinkabell Pty Limited

Leading the team is Kate Bradshaw, Director of Tinkabell Pty Limited, business owner, digital strategist, psychology graduate and development scrum leader.

Kate has spent more than a decade running a digital agency and working with businesses of all shapes and sizes. Her background in psychology also means she’s particularly interested in how people actually behave at work, not how software designers think they should behave.

That thinking has helped shape SaveTimesheets from the beginning.

The aim isn’t to cram in every possible feature. It’s to make the things you do every day faster, clearer and easier, with as little friction as possible.

Made for real working days

SaveTimesheets is being developed by a small Australian team who understand that real working days are messy. You switch between projects. A client calls. Something urgent lands in your inbox. You forget to start a timer. And sometimes you only remember what you worked on when you’re halfway home.

We get it, because we do it too.

That’s why we’re continually refining SaveTimesheets based on how we use it ourselves and what our users tell us they need.

Less time doing timesheets. More time doing the work that matters.
